Dues Department
Collects and reconciles membership dues, including work assessment dues. The department also processes new member applications and administers the job call system.

Service Representative Department
Services the Union's 5,900 members in the area of Workers Compensation, Temporary Disability Insurance, unemployment and benefits. Handles job grievances and preserves work jurisdiction.

Organizing Department
Services contractors that express interest in becoming signatory contractors and educates individuals interested in joining the Union.

Legal Department
Handles a broad range of legal matters in the State of Hawai`i for eligible Hawai'i Carpenters Union members.

Apprenticeship and Training Department
Administers training programs for both apprentices and journey-level workers.
